stb is not working

Hello,
My airtel HD+ stb is not working.Orange light is blinking on my stb.home channel only working.when I try to change a channel,the screen becomes blank and orange light starts to blink.I got this problem after resetting my airtel remote.

This is a stb software problem,call adtv cc and swap your adtv stb.

Maybe its due to very low Signal quality.
