STB STUCK AT BOOTING NO LED GLOWING

MY SET TOP BOX IS STUCK AT BOOTING . AND SETOP BOX IS NOT SHOWING ANY LED GLOWING.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE ISSUE. I HAVE EVEN RAISED STB COMPLAINT OF D2H SITE. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SERVICE FROM CONCERNED DEPARTMENT.

D2H STB is unknown to me..but still if u know any shortcut key to reach installation menu.. use it and If thr a Flash Fs option,try to erase flash FS..

In some model STBs d2h gives reset button on the backside. Press it for 10 seconds then it will reset
