software progress stuck at 0%

Today technician came with another set top box. When he tried to download software with new set top box same problem occurred. Then he interchange the wire from lnb(I have multitv connection also). Then software downloaded successfully, and 700₹ saved.

As DTH Fan said. However i use splitter as well as T Connector and still no issues during software update. Thats because of Inverto Super LNB..

Technician said when using satcr lnb then this problem occurs. Mine is satcr that's why this problem occured. Now software downloaded successfully.
