Seeking Help strange issue for me

i recently upgraded to tatasky hd
in some times while i am increasing sound it changes to next channel and in some times if i pressed 1 it displays 2 like that
this issue only to me or any one getting this problem??

Is Your problem Fixed now?
If So then it is ok and if it is not then you can Check by changing your batteries.
Sometimes it happen when Batteries are exhausted

RCU might be defective
