Subhavaartha Channel needs to be added in North Indian Packs as well

Subhavaartha Channel, which is recently added on LCN 188 needs to be added in North Indian Packages as well. It is unfair to only be added on South Packs. This is so, as it is a Devotional Channel everyone would like to watch it. What do you say guys ? I think Devotional Channel must be made compulsorily added on all packs of all DTHS. If I have to take Devotional Channels as ala carte then its horrible. Guys post your comments please.
