Monopoly of only 2, Star Jalsha & Zee Bangla, although Sony Aath & Colors Bangla are present here, they have no sufficient impact on market. 80% bengali market are occupied by 2 big network only. I think, upcoming Sun Bangla's condition will be more or less same as like Colors Bangla, Aakash Aath, Sony Aath.

Back when I was a kid ETV Bangla use to rule Bengali market. It went downhill after rebranding.

ETV Bangla was 100 times better than Colors Bangla.

All 7 shows on 7 days, means no weekend special treatment, hope they will telecast south dubbed movies in bengali.
That's why I m thinking, recently Star Jalsha Movies has started showing south indian movies in bengali dubbed.

Jalsha Movies is the one showing South dubbed movies, not Star Jalsha.

This channel is FTA but it will NOT come on Free Dish yet. Don't expect a very high viewership. In fact, without DDFD, it may not be able to cross 20k impressions IMO.
