thanks bro.but customer care number is busy for long time.did anyone able to talk to them today or yesterday?my ncf pack is valid till 3rd March. is it possible to change to DPO pack right now?

Since Sun direct implemented new rules from yesterday, obviously CC will be busy these days. Since your current pack is not activated, if you shift to another pack it will also not work most probably.First you rectify error in activation(May be you have some issues regarding non usage for a long time)
After that go for further things.

Nope. Only personalized settings (like favourites, emails) will be lost.

Bros help me I am trying to add zee telugu basic pack Rs 20 along with telugu dpo1 basic package.
Activated Telugu DPO1 pack but when I trying to add zee telugu ala carte or broadcaster's pack getting below message.

Wait for some time they will add either in the base pack or the option for Alacarte will be come.

Anyone watching sun direct must be blind. Bcoz it has such poor pq. I sold my sun direct and moved to local cable. Wow nowadays local cable guys are providing more quality without pixels.

I have Sun direct HD Package and PQ of HD on HVEC box is good. But all SD channels seems to be in worst quality. Better to use youtube than sun direct for SD channels.

1) Tamil DPO 1 pack misses the Zee Tamil cinema which is a important channel

2) Why other broadcasters bouquets are not listed? Only sun bouquets are listed.this is very bad.eg:star Tamil value pack,Zee prime pack not listed in website.

3)In basic NCF pack there should be option for customers to choose FTA channels.They have not mentioned Puthiya thalaimurai in NCF pack which is very bad.instead they are selling it as FTA bouquet for Rs9.
