Friends, currently I subcribed 999/9 moths offer - tamil dpo 1 pack.

Can I change my base pack to NCF from above said 999/9 pack and balance amount will return back to account if we ask customer care ??. Is it possible ??

Anybody tried or know details similar this request for changing long term offer pack to NCF pack (amount return for remaining days)??
