Bro why you use Tamil Pack? Because in Tamil pack you will not get all the Gujarati channels

Bishnu bro,
We are not seeing Gujarati channels, very rarely see the TV9 Gujarati channel for News.
Normally we were watching Tamil channels only.

I am having one more Sun direct connection in my home, That is new card less HD Box last month only it was upgraded. In that NCF pack was running and all the NCF package channels are coming no issue. But this new box activated directly with NCF package.

@Kannadiga @harichandrana I changed to fta pack from dpo hd1 tamil. Same problem I also faced. Refresh from customer care and also from website done without any improvement. I tried to add on some more add on channels. but amount deducted, that channels were not received in my box. I deleted some addons, it got deactivated soon

My issue resolved Now. As per NCF pack all channel s are coming also subscribed pay channels are coming.
 
Refresh done. but issue remains same.

As per NCF Pack below channels are not coming and showing in DVB Des Service,
Global Service status showing error: 16-4 No Permission to view this channel.

Below FTA Channels are not coming...

I am tried to register complaints in Sun Direct DTH Customer Care & Chat Support => Complaint Management System
But its not registering complaints and showing error
"Failed: Type/Symptom does not exist in siebel"

My issue was resolved Now. As per NCF pack all channels are coming also subscribed pay channels are coming.
If anybody having this type issue, then call to Nodal chennai. They will resolve.
 
Hi Friends, can we recharge 999 rupees from sun dth mobile app or website from our end for getting a offer package of 999 for 9 months(disconnected customer offer). Last 8 months I didn't recharge.

Anybody recharged 999/11 months offer then pls comment the details

First call Customer Care and get assurance from them that this offer is available for your Smart Card number.

Then you can recharge for Rs.500 (2 times), and then call them back again to activate the pack for you.

However, it looks like Sun Direct has removed the option for topping up balance from their website/app. Only 'recharge' options seem to be available now.

You could try it at Amazon or Paytm though.
