In my knowledge about 29 Tamil satellite channels are not available in Sun Direct .list of channels- Star Vijay Music,Zee Thirai,Jaya Movie,Raj Tv,Raj Digital Plus,Raj Musix,Raj news,Polimer Tv,Polimer news,Sahana Tv,Mega 24,Mega Musiq,Puthuyugam,Vendhar Tv,Malai Murasu sethigal,Moon Tv,Peppers,7S Music,Music Zone,Aastha Tamil,Kalaginar chithiram,Imayam Tv,Tamilan Tv,Dheeran Tv,Tunes 6,MK Tv,MK Six,Mk tunes,Lotus news.

tunes 6 & Mk network channels are unavailable on all dth platform not only in SD

The basic problem of sun direct is not having the following Bengali channels:
1. Ruposhi Bangla
2. TV9 Bangla
3. BTV World
4. DD Port Blair
5. Bangla Bharat
Also, MBC TV Odia is missing.
Assamese pay channels are missing

i have a doubt, from this month i moved to pay per view instead of 230rs sun direct pack... to continue pay per view model i have to load wallet each time or can recharge by selecting channels again.. in sun dth website it shows 404 error after picking packs& in app i cant recharge directly its telling to add money to wallet..

also does sun dth has full amount recharge ? i mean like full talk time, if i add 100 or 200 to wallet they charge 18% gst..

While using the website, make sure that your browser is not trying to load the secure version of the payment initiation page. Because Sun Direct still has this page in the non-secure version.

The page would start with the following address:
mypg.sundirect.in

Make sure it loads in http:// and not https://.

If you are using Firefox (on a computer), go to Firefox's Settings and uncheck the option for forcing all sites to open in https.

Also, even though Sun Direct no longer allows Topping Up balance on their own website/app, they still allow it through other online payment websites/apps like PayTm, Amazon, Payzapp, Airtel Thanks, etc. If I am remembering them correctly, valid topup amounts are:

There is no full balance Top Up.

Sun Direct charges the GST upfront while topping up. Meaning, while adding non-recharge (non base pack amounts) balance, they charge us GST only while topping up.

They don't charge us GST again when using that amount (inside the Sun Direct app or website) to activate channels, bouquets, or base packs.

So GST only once.
