They Can Add DD Free Dish Channels But Not Adding

Sun Direct is in space crunch, So they will not add new channels if they not get new TPs.

I think in every state as per sun direct team. Set top box is not manufacturing due to some reasons. They told me that after 15th june or later set top box may come back.

Currently only dealers may sell pending boxes.

I called Sun direct cc to request some channels to add, he said that if we keep on requesting about one channel, then they will launch the channel in the platform.
Update: Some channels going to launch in sun direct after lockdown. Maybe we expected channels (CT HD, Nick HD...).

I Called Sun Direct Customer care many times & request them to add Malayalam channels Kappa TV,Kaumudy TV,Harvest TV ,every time they said that Many People also requesting this channels,So We take your request as a feed back & forwarding to higher Department & channels will be added soon on Sun Direct! Kappa TV,Kaumudy TV,Harvest TV these 3 Channels launched in 2013 & available in all other DTH Tata Sky,ADTV,d2h.
