Are you using hdmi or RCA cable...please also post your signal strength

Hdmi only no provision for rca. Signal strength is 70. Technician came says issue with broadcasting relay. Service is good, area manager called we can change box also wait for two more days he says. I am afraid of i change I will get 2708 box.
