Two channels are from same group(S Plus media,TCCL)

I don't understand the strategy of sundirect

Sun Direct is Broadcasting DD Sports with black bars..Due to this Scoreboard is not visible in Crt TV.Somebody please complaint this issue with Sun Direct. Already I am tired riseing the Sun Direct Go issue with them, still not resolved

Sun Direct Should improve their Customer Care Service.
Today Called 3- 4 numbers including Nodal Officer Karnataka..He is saying I am busy Sir , Call Later

If we chat with them , Customer Care itself saying me to mail customer care

Finally Got Call Back.. Shared the issue of DD Sports, He diened that no issue with Sun Direct, and said issue is with you. Asked Pin Code.Said No need of Visit, Asked him to Check DD Sports, after Checking he said it is problem of Broadcaster, we don't change any Ratio of Screen..

Everyone Please rise this issue, then only it will be Corrected
