Minimum Inactive Period:
I am not sure as I did not enquire about that. In my case, I had not recharged my SD Box for more than 5 months (150+ days).

Availability:
This offer is not available online. It is available only with Sun Direct Recharge Centers (dealers) or with any Sun Shine Center (distributors). Basically, anyone with access to the Sun Direct dealer app "Rbuzz (Reseller Buzz)" can do these recharges for customers.
