How to request to add a channel to DUN DTH? Is there a specific mail ID?

Email them the
channel name (along with its
channel number) you want. They will add it for you after giving you a call back.
Do not forget to mention the following in your email:
1)
Smart Card Number (Press
Menu button in the Sun Direct
remote control. Then select the
Help Information option to view the
Smart Card number)
2)
Registered Mobile Number
They will then probably give you a call back to confirm which channel(s) you need and then add it/them immediately.
As an
alternative, you can do it yourself via the
Sun Direct Website. Remember to keep to
Set Top Box switched
ON, and the
Channel Number 102 (K TV) selected before you add the channel. According to the Sun Direct
Customer Care, this is the channel that is best suited for the
Set Top Box to receive any add-on updates (for the
Smart Card in use).
1) Logon to
the Sun Direct website using your
Smart Card Number (or
Registered mobile Number).
2) It will
NOT ask for password when you initially login.
3) However, you will be asked for a password if you click the
My Profile section, or if you try to add an
add-on package or an
a-la-carte channel (which means,
a single channel) via the
Add-Ons tab/page.
4) The default password is the text
password (in lowercase letters). You can change the password once you login.
5) Finally click the
Add-Ons tab/link to add the add-on package or a single/several channel(s) of your preference.
