My Sun Direct subscription ended today, I was trying to recharge it now(1AM) and I keep getting error saying 'Try After 3 Hours'.

Called up customer care and as per them their servers would be busy at night times daily :rolleyes: and recharges should be done only in day time:skd:

I recharged connection early morning today but tv was switched off at that time.
Connection was not activated even after 2-3 hours of recharge, contacted care again. As per CC recharge should be done only when settop box is switched on, again one more surprise to me :skd:

Same with Airtel Also. Whenever I recharged my account after my account got expired, if that time my STB Was switched off, then I need send Sms customer care to done heavy refresh or call customer care for get back channels.
