This is not so on Tata Sky/Dish tv :( but can't they handle this?

Don't know about tata sky/dishtv/videocon etc, but Airtel sometimes This is horrible. Heavy Refresh also not working sometime, we need to call customer care or mail/tweet them to get channels.
Also if my account got expired Airtel deducted 15/20 rs immediately when I recharged
 
It seems sun direct was testing new epg bar. Yesterday a new epg bar in black and white colour came for a second or two on star jalsha channel no 621 . It was difficult to capture the image in such a short span of time
 
Very happy to see Bengali channels count in Sun Direct.

From 07 to 23 channels, it's an unexpected one.

Now they are in second place in Bengali channel count..

Is anybody still getting Dolby digital output on your Sun HD box model no HS8101,software version 2.2.1 after recent software update.I am not getting Dolby Digtal output after recent software update
 
SAB HD still unavailable in Sun Direct, north indians will not choose Sun Direct because of this missing channel

Moreover, Sun Direct having four exclusive Bengali Channels Onkar Only Truth, Maha Mazaa, ATN Bangla and Boisakhi TV.
