They can't share or update the sundirect user data to sundirect go app at the same time?

I have assumed by my previous experience in Sunnxt Subscription. It took 1 week to update.

If you don't have any issue, then you can try changing RMN

Sun Direct used logo created by me 2 year back, which was created before launch of Republic Kannada

Sun Direct is Testing my.sundirectgo.in , Presently locked login.Main website opened few weeks back, Now they have started working on home page

I also unable to login or register in sundirect go app with my sundirect RMN.

5 of My relatives and my brother and 3 of my neighbours also have active sundirect account all of them are not able register or login in sundirect go or website with their RMN

Try login 1 time in Sun Direct Go website .if not possible then call Sun Direct Customer Care .
Sun Direct Go app itself saying that if there is any problem with live channel, then you can contact customer care .

Also please specify the pack which you are using.
