Even after launching their OTT apps, they still allow single-device login, which could be a bad move. Additionally, they've now started showing ads at the beginning of Live TV.

Except Star, All Channels are Streamed from Satellite feed with excellent picture quality and audio quality in app itself
Star Channels will redirect to Hotstar.

Now star channels are seen only in mobile app not in Android tv and website

Ys, But Jio Live TV is a free service with Jio Fiber. But Sun DTH is a paid service. Tata Play and Dish TV are not showing ads within Live TV app.

Star channels are playable via Hotstar. The rest are direct playback. The video stream is not from the satellite feed; it's a pure digital feed, which ensures excellent picture and sound quality.

It is from Sun Direct Satellite Feed. Sun Direct Transmits in the form of HEVC, So Picture quality is Great in HD Channels
