It seems after reading all these posts the friendly atmosphere somewhere is missing. No one is against you Jai bro. Just spread the positivism. Rushil Bro Tata may be a leader in terms of no. of awards received. But you must agree that tata after removing south packs for non south users has become the costliest DTH of India. Friends, please remember I am from Kolkata - then why sun direct ? Why not Dish TV (25 Odd Bengali Channels) ? Why not Zing ? Airtel ? etc ? Why a South Brand ? My answer is its customer service. None can match sun direct in customer service. Tata Sky is at par but not more than sun direct. Can you imagine because of upgradation in Tata Sky even during IPL many household tv blackout. Unacceptable. I am noit here to defame tata sky, by no means because I myself used tata in 2014 in my 2nd tv which is now sold. RDTV worst customer service. Hope Vicky bro will agree with me. Zing Digital is getting lot of complaints in terms of hardware in Kolkata. RDTV HD Boxes not available on market. Even I could not get it in spite of offering extra bucks. ADTV website worst maintained even shawl bro must admit. Not defaming airtel by any means. Never. Sun Direct's problem is very less channels for ROI. My conclusion is that there are pros & cons of every dth brand. No one is 100% perfect. So why quarrel bro ? Enjoy your dth brand.
