And about SUN Networks HD channels on D2H , if you look in history SUN Network agreed to share its signals with TATA Sky just few months before they launch SUN Direct.

Now they are sharing SUN HD channels with D2H , and Measat 3B launch is in schedule. Unless until they had other big plan they would not be ready share the signal.
