Breaking Sun TV plans to convert Sun Life as second Tamil GEC from 7th October

I think, both Sun life & Gemini life would be converted as second Gec hence Gemini life has already started 2 dubbed serials in prime time from last Monday. Let's see.

Probably 'Life' channels will get rebranded to something else. This might also be done to Udaya News which is expected to be rebranded as Udaya Life.

They are losing urban market and youngsters so target audience for the new Tamil channel should be both these two.

Sun Life is doing good. But still, a lot of songs from the 90s and early 2000s is missing from Sun Music library. They should revamp Sun music SD because it mostly telecast songs released after 2010.
