I think this Super Hungama rebrand is happening sooner because it is just a simple renaming of a channel, and it comes after the NTO 2.0 case was withdrawn. It does not involve any launch or shutdown, unlike the other planned Disney-Star channels. It was originally supposed to happen on 11 December 2021. Any launches and shutdowns by Disney-Star are going to take a longer time, such as Hungama HD/Disney Channel HD.

Hopefully, as that will bring an end to the UTV brand and bring in some much-needed changes to three Hindi movie channels. However, Disney-Star is very wary of making large-scale changes and rebrandings until we get more clarity on the NTO 2.0 situation.

I Guess UTV Action and UTV Movies will continue in Same UTV brand, Currently Star hiring Ad Sales peoples for both UTV Movie Channels, so possible is UTV HD and Bindass Rebranding/shutting down soon
