except arasu cable can you give me one example where they give these many channels at 199?

Airtel digital TV reduced it's superstar Pack price to ₹199 with all major Tamil channels

Can you please tell me the pack name to subscribe from the self care portal. Is this cost inclusive of NCF and taxes?. Thanks!
