I think this is a Feeds channel.. Now
Scanning 3905 V 7200 8PSK 3/4 ... L:42% Q:84%
- AFL Feed (TV)
 
Bcoz this frequency is for feeds.... thats y it changes the SR time to time and disappears once the feeds r over..
