Shailesh Lodha had earlier filed a lawsuit against 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' producer, Asit Kumarr Modi, for not clearing his dues. The actor has now won the case.

According to the TOI, ‘as per the settlement terms a sum of Rs 1,05,84,000/- is being paid by way of demand draft’ by Asit to Shailesh.
