Technician needs to ensure that STB Entry Point is selected as *GSAT 30 TP 20 Home* and if any other Entry Point is Selected then Technician needs to follow the steps mentioned in image to select the Editable Transponder and enter the Transponder values manually and connect with the Correct Transponder (i.e. GSAT 30 TP 20 Home) and do the S/w Update.

Hello , what is the entry point? What is the frequency , polarization, etc ? Where to get image? I don't see in your post any images
