Yes they are misleading and irritating with msg

They Should provide some funds to those TP users who want to change operator.

Nothing misleadingly in it, Tata Play dropped Sony Channels from its DPO bouquets without even consulting or informing management team of Sony and now Sony is asking viewers facing inconvenience to shift to other operators for getting channels as part of regular packs....what can be termed actually misleading is Tata Play stating that they dropped Sony Channels from its DPO bcoz they r unpopular / have less viewership

Misleading at a single view, the viewers think soon it will get droped in the network as it demands the viewers to move to another network.I think it will happen in coming days as a complete black out of sony channels until the leagel issues get solved.

Reduced price for Sony bouquet which was included in the DPO Bouquet which they anyways would have to do as not doing so will be deemed unethical and cause huge backlash from its customers.....point is why drop sony channels from DPO bouquets, if dropping the channels then give customers option to chose from both variants of DPO bouquet one having Sony Channels and one not having them

Then it is far more worrisome as adding sony channels on individual basis escalates the subscription cost for a customer to a very high level....so Sony is right in suggesting Tata Play customers to shift to other DTH Or Cable TV Platform.....Tata Play took an "arbitrary" step as claimed by Sony and after carefully analyzing the scenario even we regular viewers can see that it is a wrong decision taken without any actual / logical reasoning

Sony sports is irritating the viewers by constantly posting this message overlapping the score bar...it says "sony network is no longer part of tata play, call tataplay or switch to other dth providers"
Who the hell are they to block us viewers? If they have any issue with tataplay, they should sort it out amongst themselves or go to court. Why are they irritating us and blocking our viewership?

Sony channels are still part of TP platform, and customer can subscribe to the channels as a-la-carte.

As long as a subscriber has subscribed to Sony channels, its not right on the broadcaster part to display such messages and that too in large font size on the TV screens.

It causes inconvenience to the subscriber who has paid in order to access the channel and watch it. Whatever issue any broadcaster has with any DTH/Cable Operator should be resolved amicably within their communication channels and not in any manner that would cause inconvenience to the end subscriber.

But this unnecessary dispute would not have started if Tata Play did not drop Sony Channels from its DPO Bouquet all of a sudden or even if it did then provide multiple DPO Bouquets option to subscribers wherein one variant could have had Sony chs and other not thereby giving customers the choice to opt for the best suited option but removing Sony Channels from all DPO bouquets and even removing Sony Broadcaster Bouquets and just giving option of choosing these channels thru A La Carte mode which inflates monthly bill of consumers hence leading to lot less subscribers opting for more of these channels will surely make Sony as a broadcaster furious and angry.....also just now read that Tata Play said in a news article that out of 1 million subscribers on whose accounts Sony Channels were removed from bouquets, only 18000 gave requests to add them back , so as i have said this will happen bcoz subscribing channels via A La Carte mode cost lot more and Tata Play can't project this figure to justify its claim that Sony Channels r unpopular
