If your balance is more than a monthly balance amount and If you have opted for any JINGALALA OFFER then Tata Play will show you the date after calculating the charges of that Pack/Service (Opted in JINGALALA OFFER) post 30 days validation.
When you Opt out of all JINGALALA OFFER then you will see correct due date you calculated (based on balance & Pack).
If u opt binge combo and have low or high balance than ur monthly consumption for packs except binge packs due date will vary..
Simply if u opt for binge combo or binge packs.... The due date is different for binge pack and normal pack
In my case both dates are different..
So, ur Tataplay services expiry on different in my case 11th nov...
And binge combo expiry in different date.. But Tataplay app simply mention only normal Tataplay normal service due date..

Hey actually I have taken news lite netflix premium combo and also recharged for a year but my balance is showing as July 2026 as it's only calculating only ncf fees but according do balance my due date should be March 2024 so how resolve this
