Mine too. I don't think they will update it to new UI. I think it is available only to new users who are having specific model of TATA play STB.
A week ago I bought Tata Play STB (with Tata Play Branding) and still it has old UI.

Try this

Procedure to download Tata Sky+ Transfer HD Software Manually

Method 1:

We can use any other Tata Sky remote which works on other TS HD/SD STBs and download TS+ Transfer HD software manually.

Step 1. When the STB is on, switch off from the power-source.
Step 2. Switch on the STB directly from power-source.
Step 3. Press “back” button twice from remote when “please wait initializing” message comes to the screen.
Step 4. Immediately, press 2465 from remote and software will start downloading. (keep the STB on till it reboots twice)

If you are getting error on the above method try this:

Follow till step 2 then press back button 4 times after that 2485 from the normal tata sky remote and software download will be started.

Method 2 (Useful if you don't have normal Tata Sky remote):

Make Transfer remote normal, by pressing Back button and digit 2 button at once. Then try the above trick, and software download will begin.
