For blast fuel is necessary and the main point in INSAT 4A is that it is lacking fuel, So no blast

If this frec reuse is sucess ts will use gsat10 after the expiry of insat by this technology(ie they activate h polarity in gsat)

Just got a call from Ts he said there was a major issue last month due to which sat migration got postponed...also all issue regarding signal will be resolved by 6 in the evening as all channels will be transferred to new satellite
