Their website having all details now, on their official domain. This pages were available only through another site few days back.

Got a call from Tata sky regarding this. The executive said that as of now it will only b available on iphone and ipad but soon, within 3-4 weeks it will b available on android

The application is useful when we are out of home or when we are on travel subjective to the charges of 3G or 4G. How many of us prefer to pay monthly charges for occasional use when many channels offer free online streaming.
At least TS should have offered the service free of cost till the habit is cultivated among the public.
I anticipate the response for this service will be dismal.

Every smart phone users have data packs these days so data charges is no worry, only if they will charge extra money for mobile TV that will be bad.
