Tax was there in old system and before GST we were paying service tax, entertainment tax, etc

So blame NCF alone

Yes 15% service tax with 3-5% entertainment tax depending upon states and now we have 18% GST so it's almost same

Cable operators are going to strike in many states even with 130 NCF and saying this NCF is revenue loss for them and you are asking it to make that 1/3 . I just wonder what will they do if TRAI actually did that
