i chated with CC that you cant change my pack as i paid in advance till 2022 and they said we dont have more informstion you can lodge complaint to TRAI if wants to

Trai chief said in an interview that ldp pack will continue till expiry . Not sure why ts is forcing
 
Bro, I am not seeing two packs from this list in TS website.

Happy India Sports HD 48
- Instead of this, "Happy India Sports + English HD" pack is available with additional 3 rupees. So fine. Missing channel is TEN 3. Additional Channel is YAY.

Turner Family HD Pack
- This is really important for me. I need CN SD and HBO HD. This pack contains that. But what TS have is CN HD and HBO HD only.

Can we ask TS about these missing packs?

It seems there are more mismatch between trai and ts site.

For example trai says happy india sports pack Rs 31 has ESPN+ten1,2,3

But TS says this this 31 pack has ESPN+Six+ten1,2

Also abp ananda went fta recently but trai says it is paid.

So trai site is not updated

Had a chat with TS CC. They don't know what'll happen to long term users. Representative said he'll forward my concern to respective team. I've also tweeted them.

Need Help. If I have selected my new pack as per tariff, am I allowed to make changes to that again on mytatasky ?
 
Please raise voice for LDP and lodge complaint to TRAI and also lodge complaint to TS

Its clearly voilation from TS
 
Just now I got to know that we'll not be able to watch SD channels for the corresponding HD channels! How on earth this stupid decision is taken by TRAI? Is this regulation made to help or frustrate even more. Now they want us to pay about 200-300 more + so called taxes to watch SD channels! One of the worst decisions ever taken by them! Utter shame.
