A word to Altaf: Dear Altaf, I do really appreciate your gesture to help the Tata Sky customers, but you could do the same job as a regular member on the DreamDTH forum - as a real person, with real identity!
I have pointed-out the mistakes because you were impersonating as a company's representative. And not for any reason whatsoever.
Impersonating a company's representative is a crime and will negatively affect your integrity as a person/member and causes unnecessary trust issues among the members and poses a threat to the reputation of DreamDTH community.
