Not every tata sky cce is given an official email ID . so don't expect him to register here with an official tata sky email id. Secondally the cce can provide only that information which is provided to them from backend. So don't expect breaking news from a tata sky cce.

Where did I ask him for any information or Breaking news? He was the was the one who came forward and making false claims... as a Tata Sky customer care executive.

I understand and respect when regular members find any information, whether it is true or false.... or whatever...but I will not tolerate someone who claims as officials when they are not!!!

You guys trust a fake person, but could not trust a regular member!! I don't want to be in this environment anymore!!

Anyway... time will tell everything. It's just a matter of time. I am leaving DreamDTH. Dream MODS, kindly delete my profile!!

This is the way internet forum runs so there is nothing in your hand or in my hand....
I sincerely feel that if you cann't tolerate this environment & pressure then you should leave this...This applies to all not just you...

Agree, you are right bro...CC guys are just fed to answer queries so there is nothing exclusive that they can provide to us. We can call Cc to get all this info. So only time would tell that Altaf bro has some genuine & exclusive info for us....So lets hope that he would give some exclusive insider info to us in future...:hello

Why we should worry about a person impersonating any DTH who is here just to provide us genuine info? Is this job of any forum to verify every member's credential?
In fact if a person is offcially giving us info then it would build trust among members & that perticular DTH instead of a member unofficially providing info & holding up that DTH which creates bad impression & mistrust.
Remember that Admin himself has introduced Altaf to DDF members...

1. Does TS have a target date for completion of full migration and what is the current status of mpeg4 box replacement?

2. Is there a way a customer can get a brand new STB in case his existing STB fails (even if it means paying full amount for the new box)?
