Tatasky change LCNs by discussing with broadcasters . They may have said its GEC so placement not done under movie Genre .

Zoom is a Music channel bro . Dish Tv placed it wrong . Check barc ratings also its in Top 5 music channel category.

As mentioned Raj Digital Plus and Mega 24 are movie channels. DD Podhigai should be placed on 1539 at the end of the GEC section. Adithya TV is a comedy GEC and not a movie channel. Otherwise this is a very effective rearrangement.
BTW why is 4K written for Jaya TV?!

Major GECs: 1503 to 1517
Minor GECs: 1520 to 1536
Movies: 1540 to 1546
Sports and Travel: 1551 to 1553
News: 1556 to 1568
Music: 1579 to 1587
Devotional: 1590 to 1599.

Raj Digital should be come under movie category
No provision for Sun News HD channel
Why DD Podhigai is under music category?
Vijay Super also should come under movie category?

Yes you are correct.podhigai tv right lcn if am correct 1539.and sun news hd launching any time possible. but not create empty lcn.raj tv hd not possible now but create empty lcn.d tamil fit in 1552 lcn.win news is a news category its fit in 1569.adhitya is not movie category its fit in1530 .so many confusion.
