There are no Assamese category channels on Tata Sky. It's others category along with urdu.

Urdu is in 117x whereas Assamese and Northeast are in 195x to 199x along with DD Port Blair and others. So not the same. Urdu comes under Hindi Regional.

So sad and true. But I know that Google has plans to add Assamese as language in Google Translate in future.

Meanwhile Tata as brand should stick to pandering to Twitter trolls. Don't bother acting upon feedbacks from paying customers.

Some broadcaster not happy with LCNs at last so MH one should have negotiated or paid more carriage for higher LCN . Just like Kalaignar did changed some days before .
