Okay Vadi Bro..but why not a single channel started scrolling for lcn change till now..as today is 24th.

Fresh "RIO" Documents have to duly Signed - Verified - Sealed between TS & Broadcaster before Final Call for Shuffling or Rearrangements of LCN and other matters Specified in the Agreement.

The Number of Broadcasters are Huge in terms of Pay + FTA Platforms in India and hence it will take some time to Recollect all Broadcasters Consent and Proper Signatures.

Final Negotiations and Bergaining regarding Incentives are on Way and are on Final Stage.

So there is No "Scroll" or "Trigger" system introduced so far.

Awaiting for more Further Updates from Wholesale Distributor of Kolkata in our Locality.
