Really nice....how it possible to change without any OTA update?

When you press the help button your remote,it takes some time to load the page. Hope you have noticed that. That is because that page is being fetched from the server. It is just like browsing. So in the server side they can update the webpage and host it, whenever needed or required. It is not a local data. Thus your hardware need not to be refreshed.

TS have done a great job regarding the helpdesk interface. Its now become more user friendly and easy to understand. Good work by the TS team.
