I know airtel tooksome rs20-30 to restore account after recharging with rs200

Nil, there is absolutely no penalty or charges on missing due date or reactivation. It wasn't there in Tata Sky and won't be in Tata Play as well. Just need to recharge normally with minimum Rs 50 via any method whenever want to resume connection

Yes they still have to mention that as the hardware (STB and other materials) that were used prior to the company/s rebraning were/are being used which has Sky branding.

Hence they have to continue to mention them.
