tata sky not providing 5.1 audio for movies now

from today onwards they are not providing 5.1 audio i am only getting stereo.the sound is coming from only 2 speakers .

Could you please elaborate.... ? Because I am getting 5.1 in English movies and GEC channel.... I even get pakka 5.1 w/ star plus.... It may depends on service provide for some event or show or movie you won't get 5.1.... Especially, in movies now some movies are broadcasted with stereo sound.... For harry potter 1 part I got stereo but for harry potter and Phoenix I got super 5.1.... Please provide more details in order to analyze it....
