Hello,
I am a Tata Sky subscriber from past 6 years and was happy with their service, but yesterday on 18/11/2013 they deactivated my account, I unable to open my MyTataSky account and view any TV channel! When I called upon the Customer Care they give me lame reason that I've connected multiple TVs from a single Set Top Box, but I've never connected more than one TV on my Set Top Box. Despite of having sufficient balance and have never breached their terms and condition they've deactivated the subscriber ID. I've also written a mail to [email protected] and [email protected], its almost 24 hours but they've not yet replied. Anybody please help or suggest any way I can compel them to resolve the problem. Please help
