TATA SKY service deactivated

Hello,
I am a Tata Sky subscriber from past 6 years and was happy with their service, but yesterday on 18/11/2013 they deactivated my account, I unable to open my MyTataSky account and view any TV channel! When I called upon the Customer Care they give me lame reason that I've connected multiple TVs from a single Set Top Box, but I've never connected more than one TV on my Set Top Box. Despite of having sufficient balance and have never breached their terms and condition they've deactivated the subscriber ID. I've also written a mail to [email protected] and [email protected], its almost 24 hours but they've not yet replied. Anybody please help or suggest any way I can compel them to resolve the problem. Please help
 
I think Your Services Deactivated Due To Piracy , If a Cable Operator Use Dth Set top Box On Channel Distribution On Connections and Anyone Complain With Finger Print, First Service Deactivate Of Subscriber , what is Right Or Wrong it is subject to investigate , :-/
 
I am using the DTH subscription for my personal use only, I've no idea if someone is tapping my signal, is it my fault if someone taps my signal through some technical tricks? I wonder why am I bearing the consequences without any reason!
 
Till now we heard about credit card or debit card cloning and hack bank account then came mobile SIM card cloning and now cloning of Digicard of Set top box. Wow :clap So from now we should be careful with digicard also otherwise we will get blank screen on TV as well.

Hope problem will be solved after technical team visit your home.

I think you mean composite or component output along with HDMI. Is that so ?

Just ask for engineer visit to cross check ,
Or setup and justify that u are using multiple setup according g to them

Send email to [email protected] & ask them to verify all things.
As their technical team is visiting your house now, inform them about everything.
Also post on TS FB/Twitter page about this.
Please update after getting any reply from TS...
 
I know a person who was using composite and rf simultaenously without telling tatasky and tatasky stop giving him any cc support because of this. This incident was back in days when tatasky use to give multi tv with same box using rf remote .
