TATA SKY service deactivated

I dont think its deactivated bcoz of piracy. My cablewala using SunDth, Adtv, DishTv and RelianceDth signal to transmit many paid channels. I have sent all details to concerned Cc and Ceo. But to my surprise, not even got a single word from them!
