Changes in packs and a-la-carte prices were also supposed to happen but since the broadcasters are in court and have not provided the revised prices Tata Sky have left these prices unchanged. As none of the high courts have stayed NTO 2.0, it remains to be seen what action TRAI will take on the broadcasters and DPOs whose packs are not complying with the NTO 2.0.

Tata Sky becomes the first DTH operator to implement NTO 2.0 | DreamDTH

Tata sky is continuously doing many changes in complimentary pack channels either dropping or addition of them in very short period of time, as per trai tariff order it is illegal to do
Channels in Complimentary pack are not counted against NCF then how changing it's composition is illegal, operators are allowed to give discounts on NCF

When an operator gives some channels to customers by taking some amount of carriage fees from and these are added to the customers I. D else declared promotional offers then these channels or packs are counted to be under the subscription of customers then it is right of customers or broadcasters to do complaint against any operator like tata sky is doing, it is not the case of with ncf or without ncf (free or not free).

Right channels in Complimentary pack not counted in NFC so changes can be done ...
