but tata sky saying contract was for 8 channel

new contract to be renewed to be get compulsion for 24 channels

tata sky can delay for new agreement and hence delay in addition.

but soon or later these channel will be added

that to mostly in mpeg4 against current strategy which is keeping dd channel in mpeg2

I think addition of DD channels is very first obligation of DTH put forth by govt rules & regulations which govt can modify at any time. So from DTH point of view it may be a waste of TP space but from govt POV its necessary requirement for granting & extending DTH license.
