I think it is better if govt provide one ku band satellite to all fta channel with low cost. Then we can enjoy free. But politics is under of this industrial people so its a only dream

But one confusion is that not reason why this hike. As per ts office, its hike deu to new channels[7 channels to be added with this hike]. But it is very hard to pay such a huge monthly amount. In this two year they hike price from 170 to 240 with addition of only some channels. [pay channel addition in dhammal pack, &pictures, movies ok, zee action, channel v, and 2 regional channels] are this acceptable? Infact they add more carriage fee payable channels.

we all know bro migration is for addition so many channels will be added through the year but price hike is not good.

240 rupees is the price of base pack for ROI customers. It's not a good move, unless they add 2-3 English movie channels in the Dhammal MIX pack.

the worst part in tatasky is, they increase prices, but won't add any channels in base packs.
recently airtel increased prices, but they added some channels to justify that hike
