Acc to my calculation n ts previous n current speed migrartion will be completed till march 2015

How do u calculate ?

for 300 channels they need 7 Tp out of 12. so remaining 5 tp will be vacant.

May be they use remaing 5 tp for HD channels.
If 5 tps will be vacant after migration then why they r fighting to get additional Tps from ISRO GSAT10.

1 tp can carry 13 HD channels so 5 tp will carry 65. Bro India don't have that much HD channels. I think India has less than 30 HD channels. They are fighting for Tp because they want 24 tp

India have 37 HD channels.U can get the 37 HD channel list from wiki.

Ts take sometime 5 days per ch and somtime 2 days per ch to migrate ...remaining chs = 130
avg days per ch = 3
Total days = 130*3 = 390 days =1 yr and 25 days

So my calculation march 2015 is the month or they may increase rate later as ceo harpal told july 2014

India have 37 HD channels.U can get the 37 HD channel list from wiki.

Forget upscaled HD TS will not provide that. for 30 HD channels u need 2 tp. What about rest 3 out of 5

But channel conversion does not show how much box has been replaced ? U can convert all channels in a day but u cannot change all box in a day.

India have 800 SD channels.If 3 tps will be vacant then they have to use that for channel addition.But I don't think they will add 450 channels,they will happy with 300.

I think their reply will be as .......
TS have booked GSAT 10 in 2007 then why it(tp of gsat 10) still not given to them. They can only add dd channels from GSAT 10 tp as TS has already signed with other broadcaster to carry their channels.
