No clue my brother doesn't work for Tata Sky. Just one friend worked at call centre.
Meanwhile I always wanted to know last year when Sony channels were not available. Did they compensated customers for unavailability of channels?

At least they should provide binge+ boxes with reduced price for HD PVR upgrade customers

We cannot pay again. They have to replace for Free. Why should we pay again for upgrade/replacement ??? I wont pay a single penny.

For free. Not reduced price. They charged 9k for it. If they swap out with box with less tuners.

I guess Wifi options come only when Wifi dongle provided by them is connected. @gowrishankar have you connected it?
