No clue my brother doesn't work for Tata Sky. Just one friend worked at call centre.

Meanwhile I always wanted to know last year when Sony channels were not available. Did they compensated customers for unavailability of channels?
 
At least they should provide binge+ boxes with reduced price for HD PVR upgrade customers
 
I guess Wifi options come only when Wifi dongle provided by them is connected. @gowrishankar have you connected it?
